I can't believe I used to like Hello Kitty, Barbie, etc.
But I didn't care much for pens and such in second grade.

-Alexa :)Caitlinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02495557948489596479noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4200978858695986279.post-55503664344800007402009-06-17T01:04:03.018-04:002009-06-17T01:04:03.018-04:00Anon,

With the Hi-Tec-C's and similar "high strung" gels, like the Signo bit, they are more pron to these stoppages than wider tipped pens. Part of the problem is the nature of the ink and part of it is due to paper dust clogging the tiny openings in the tip where the ink has to flow. Often giving the pen a good hard shake or two, point down, will start them writing again. Sometimes they need a simple cleaning. I find that a little 91 percent Isopropol alcohol on a cotton swab or ball helps clean the tips of these persnickety pens. Also I find that the lighter the touch when using any gel pen, especially ultra fine point pens, the better they write. The Old Geezerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15852072254280348354noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4200978858695986279.post-42703930917915080172009-06-16T21:35:53.029-04:002009-06-16T21:35:53.029-04:00My problem is that these pens get jammed before al...My problem is that these pens get jammed before all the ink is used.
